Each lawyer holds their own Membership, so a firm of 25 is 25 Memberships. You earn this once, on their first Membership year. Renewals don't earn commission. Commission excludes GST.

A straightforward partnership.
10% of every Membership
Earn 10% of the ₹5,000 annual Membership fee (excluding GST) for every person you refer — ₹500 per member.
Membership and Day Pass
You earn on a referred customer's first Membership year, and on every ₹100 Day Pass they buy in their first year with you (₹10 each). Membership renewals don't earn.
Your own partner dashboard
At partners.anrak.legal you create payment links, and see clicks, sales and every commission as it is earned, approved and paid. Payouts are monthly, by bank transfer.
30-day referral window
Anyone who buys a Membership within 30 days of clicking your link counts as your referral. The last partner link they click before paying gets the credit.
Clean, tax-ready payouts
Commission is worked out on the fee before GST. We take your PAN on approval and deduct TDS where the Income-tax Act requires it; GST-registered partners invoice us with GST.
Commission Breakdown
10% of the first-year Membership fee.
Membership is one annual fee per user for every AnrakLegal tool, with ₹200 of work credit included. Your commission is worked out on that fee, before GST.
Members pay ₹5,000 + 18% GST (₹5,900). The GST is not counted toward commission.
Program terms in brief
- Commission is earned once the referred Membership is paid. It is held for 30 days and reversed if that payment is refunded.
- Your own Membership, and people who were already AnrakLegal customers, do not earn commission.
- Commission applies to Membership and Day Pass purchases (excluding GST). Work-credit top-ups and Custom deployments do not earn commission.
- Buyers can also type your referral code at checkout — it counts even if they never clicked your link.
- If you are a practising advocate: the program rewards recommending software, never referring clients or legal work. Keeping your promotion within the Bar Council of India Rules is your responsibility.
- We may change or end the program with notice. Commission you have already earned is still paid.
