Data Sources & Acknowledgements
The public records and open datasets behind AnrakLegal's research corpus.
United States court records
AnrakLegal's US case-law, docket, and oral-argument coverage is built on the official court records and filings of the United States judiciary — judicial opinions, federal docket filings (PACER), and courtroom recordings — all of which are public records. Docket coverage may lag the live docket: the absence of an entry on AnrakLegal does not mean nothing was filed.
United States Code
Statutory text is drawn from the United States Code as published by the Office of the Law Revision Counsel of the U.S. House of Representatives, with the U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) annual editions as a fallback.
Indian legal materials
Indian judgments and statutory materials are sourced from public records of the Indian judiciary and legislature, including material accessed via Indian Kanoon and official government publications such as India Code and the Gazette of India.
Open legal-data acknowledgements
The judicial-biography dataset used in Moot Court draws on open legal-data projects, including the Free Law Project, whose work in opening public legal records we gratefully acknowledge.
