Panel of arbitrators

The Center appoints from this panel. When a case reaches the appointment stage, each side receives a candidate list drawn from it — strike up to two names, rank the rest, and the best combined ranking is appointed. Every proposed arbitrator must first complete the written independence, impartiality and availability disclosure required by the locked U.S. Commercial Rules and applicable law.

The Center is building its U.S. commercial panel. Only identity-verified arbitrators who have completed the current U.S. standing declaration appear here.

Every arbitrator listed here has been verified by the Center as to identity and standing. Listing is not a recommendation of any arbitrator for any particular case, and the Center does not act as counsel to either side. Appointment in a case is made by the parties' ballot under the Anrak U.S. Commercial Arbitration Rules, subject to the locked conflict standard and the parties' applicable right of challenge.
